The Miami-Dade County League of Cities along with our Title Sponsor Wal-Mart, League President Cindy Lerner, the League’s Board of Directors (elected officials) donors and volunteers will present 1,000 pre-selected needy families with ingredients for a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
The Miami-Dade County League of Cities will distribute 1,000 turkeys and 1,000 bags of non-perishable food items on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Those less fortunate individuals, already selected by the League of Cities members, will now have an opportunity to fully enjoy this Thanksgiving holiday. MDCLC will be at the following locations:
