“Nuestra Casa” extends Mon Laferte’s emotional architecture with intention and precision. What begins as a quiet, melancholic, acoustic‑driven confession becomes a deliberate expansion of the world she has been shaping throughout her Femme Fatale era. The song carries the weight of memory, the discipline of restraint, and the clarity of an artist who understands the emotional cost of truth. Its inclusion in the official soundtrack for Prime Video’s upcoming series Casa de los Espíritus reinforces its narrative power — not as an accessory, but as a piece that deepens the story it touches.

MIAMI, FL –
Globally acclaimed singer-songwriter and producer Mon Laferte unveils her new original song, “Nuestra Casa,” marking the next chapter in her Femme Fatale era. The track is featured as part of the official soundtrack for Prime Video’s upcoming original series “Casa de los Espíritus”.
Written and produced by Mon herself, “Nuestra Casa” offers a deeply intimate continuation of the emotional and sonic world introduced in her critically acclaimed ninth studio album, Femme Fatale. Rooted in melancholic balladry, the track unfolds as an intimate reflection on heartbreak, closure, and emotional release. Through a slow-burning arrangement anchored by acoustic guitar, Mon delivers a restrained yet deeply expressive vocal performance that captures the quiet devastation of a love that has run its course.
Lyrically, “Nuestra Casa” traces the moment of rupture in a fading relationship. Evoking the image of two people existing like ghosts, Mon explores the tension between letting go and holding on, balancing resolve with vulnerability. The track reflects her signature emotional duality, a desire to move forward without pain while acknowledging the lasting imprint of a “gran amor” that cannot be fully erased.
Featured in Casa de los Espíritus, the song further highlights Mon’s cinematic sensibility, placing her music within a narrative shaped by memory, emotion, and generational storytelling.
This release follows the announcement of Mon Laferte’s highly anticipated Femme Fatale Tour, a sweeping North American run set to kick off July 24 in Laval, QC and concluding November 7 in Los Angeles, CA.
Mon Laferte remains at the center of her creative output as both songwriter and producer, shaping a body of work that transcends genre and defies convention. With over 20 Latin GRAMMY® nominations and three GRAMMY® nominations to date, she continues to redefine what it means to be a global Latin artist, bold, uncompromising, and wholly original.
As momentum builds around the Femme Fatale era, Mon Laferte signals that this is only the beginning, with more set to unfold across the coming months.
